Mark oversees each client’s relocation and makes sure that all aspects of the company’s daily operations are running smoothly. He manages the logistics of each move and ensures that clients and team members stay informed throughout the entire relocation process.
As the onsite crew leader, Alex is responsible for leading his crews as they prepare to move clients’ belongings by packing, loading, and transporting them safely. He also ensures that all items, including fragile and high-value items, are securely loaded onto the truck and transported safely to the client’s destination.
